Shipping Policy

We offer shipping services to customers in India and over 180 other countries. To place an order for delivery within India, please visit aperaindia.com (Domestic). For delivery outside India, please contact us (International). Please note that this policy applies only to customers located in India.

For prepaid orders over Rs. 749/-, shipping is free. For prepaid orders below Rs. 749/-, a flat charge of Rs. 49 is applied. Cash on delivery orders are subject to an additional Rs. 99 charge, which is non-refundable.

Once your order has been processed, our team thoroughly inspects each product to ensure it meets our quality standards. After passing the final round of checks, the products are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners will then bring the package to you as soon as possible. In case of any issues with delivery, they will contact you to resolve the matter.

To check the status of your order, go to the “My Account > Order” section in the main menu of our website, or contact us through our Contact Us Page. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, don’t worry – this is normal. We make products to order, so we ship each product as it gets processed, rather than waiting for the entire consignment to be processed. You will only be charged shipping or COD charges for the first package you receive.

The estimated dispatch time for each product is listed on the Shipping and Returns tab of the respective product page. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the courier company handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after it is dispatched from our warehouse.
